A selection of magazine covers that I created from original concept to final execution.
Using source imagery for photo illustrations, or combining digital and analog renderings, each design gets to the heart of the story in a style that complements the idea. I also produced animated versions of the covers for promotion online.

Who We Are Now is a 360° editorial brand campaign that celebrates the 20th anniversary of The Walrus magazine.
It is about where Canadians find themselves when many beliefs about the economy, society, and culture have been upended. The visual concept portrays a diverse group of people coming together. All individuals are unified by high-contrast black and white photography.
